My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space that encourages you to explore ongoing issues and develop skills and strategies to manage life’s challenges.
My approach is client-centered and individualized, and is grounded in evidenced-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also incorporate biofeedback, mindfulness, positive psychology, and relational approaches when appropriate.
